AA Magnetic L Plate, White, Pack of 2

These plates are high quality with thick strong magnets. Quite visible and the print his also good. Major issue: most cars' bonnets or hoods are not magnetic, neither the bumpers. So these will not stick as they did not to mine. Had to tape the front one which then flew off when we sped up (don't forget to tape from the bottom to prevent air lifting 🤦🏻).So yeah, either also get an adhesive one or bring your packing tape with you.

It is the perfect size, easy to install and fits perfectly. It looks quite sturdy and looks as L plates should. But before you buy please check your car's material as it is magnetic and would only stick on metal.

The overwhelming feeling on these is that they are ‘alright’ and do the job. And for that reason the price you pay is perfectly acceptable.Admittedly I haven’t got any other brands of these to compare to, but I can share the following points that may be relevant to you.This is based on a new style Honda Civic (69 plate fitting)- it has to be on a flat surface for a complete fitting. These won’t flex to wrap the fitting around any of the cars contours.- for my car, the rest was very problematic on this point because it’s very shapely! Therefore I had to slide them slightly behind the number plate and tuck it in the gaps.- for the front, when we went onto the dual carriageways they flew off and that’s because there was a very slight lift on one of the corners, so they were lost forever.Ultimately, it’s a cheap product, easy to fit and it will do a job, but buy and fit more then than one to each side. If the fit isn’t flush, be prepared for them to not be there on faster roads when you stop.Recommended, but be prepared!

Purchased not for the intended purpose but to use as a joke. The quality is good and the thickness plus they are magnetic, which is great to take on and off the car. They are easy to use.

Great product, good strong magnet to the car

The plates we received were not the AA ones as shown in the picture. They were the really cheap ones with a tiny magnetic strip around the edge. These fly off the minute you put them on the car. Very disappointed not to receive the plates advertised !!

These L plates are great — they stick on securely and are very visible, even from a distance. Easy to put on and take off without leaving marks. Perfect for learner drivers!

These magnetic L plates are fine in theory, but they didn’t work as well as I’d hoped. We tried them on my daughter’s Ford Fiesta, and they kept slipping or falling off while driving — especially at higher speeds or in wet weather.The print is clear and the size is spot on, but the magnets just aren’t strong enough for curved or non-metal panels
