Terrible company
This is a bad company to deal with. I ordered a standard piece for my hearing aid. BUT it did notfit even though it said it was the right brand. This terrible company would not give my money back.

Stays for Phonak Audeo 30 and Audeo 90.
Besides the unexpected wait, everything else was fine. Both sets of stats fit the respective hearing aids. They fit and work as they should.

Comes with four, not four pair
I have no issue with these and would give them five stars but they're way too expensive for what they are. Half the cost would still be expensive. Purchase these if you want the best retention and if you don't mind paying two dollars for each one.

Don't bother with the knock off brands.
The knock offs are not worth the price savings, they will fall off every time you change your filter and dome. This is an item that really needs to be an exact fit and the small price difference in getting the phonak brand is worth it.

exact size needed
These 4 retainers are genuine Audeo retainers, or a perfect match, as I did a side by side comparison with my originals. They come shipped in a small Ziploc bag, no names on it.You should consider keeping a few spares, in case yours get loose fitting. It's a lot cheaper to replace a retainer than a hearing aid!
