Does exactly what it says on the tin

5 stars for the map itself, it does all that it is expected to do, and works as a physical map. Comes with a free digital download of the map.The only issue is the publication date, with the latest revision being from 2015, which is obviously 6 years ago now. a lot can change in 6 years.This is the latest available from OS though to my knowledge, the landranger variant is from 2016 but with a different scale.

This is an area that I live in and it has really good countryside to get out in and explore. I am sure that we will get good use out of this map, we already have 3 good walks under our belts!

Great map

Up to the usual high standard of OS maps, many may prefer the hand held sat-nav maps, but I have always preferred the large scale 'analogue' versions of maps, they are tangable, something that doesn't have a battery run out on it. Recommended for adventurers, young and old alike.

Bought for my husband after one of his planned walks ended up in a huge 'diversion' - hopefully we will not get lost again! Also bought the Landranger map too...
