See if any phone numbers will work for a return on their "two year warranty" None did for me . If you buy, make sure it charges fully. If it doesn’t send it back. My husband ordered this jump starter to use on his equipment in July 2025. When he got it we noticed it only charged half the battery and would not charge the other half. Unfortunately he did not realize that meant it was not good and because of health issues, did not get back to look at again until Sept. Now too late to return to Amazon but it has a 2year warranty with Gallaway. I haven't been able to find any return info and their website keeps telling me the server cannot connect and I can't find a working phone number on their website .

WILL NOT JUMP START ANYTHING. COMES ON BUT DOES NOTHING JUST SOMES LIGHTS ON FRONT. TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO REACH OUT TO MANUFACTOR WITH NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS JUST A SCAM DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!

Jumper cable could've been longer but it did the job. Manufacturer could've supplied a carrying bag but it didn't come with it. So I kept the original shipping box to store the product it in. Though its about a car battery size, it is very light. This thing jump started my DD15 Freightliner Cascadia without any issues.

No instruction manual came with jumper device. I charged it up then This jumper device stopped showing the digital display as soon as I unplugged it from the electrical socket. Don't know if it works or not.

The Verdict: NEUTRAL The GOOD: - Works for both 12 & 24 volt systems - Colorful display with useful information - Light for its size - Voice prompts The BAD: - Can't turn off the voice prompts - Battery cables are VERY short which limits areas you can use it - Body is metal, but not heavy gauge and may damage easily Changes to get 5-stars: - Allow user to turn off voice prompts - Provide longer battery cables - Storage case would be nice Details: I have only used this unit one time to jump my truck. It was easy to use and had no issues starting my truck. There is some useful information displayed on the unit and the voice prompts, while a bit annoying, may be useful for those that don't use these much. It is lightweight compared to many other 24V units I've used in the past. The only major complaint I have is that the battery cables are VERY short and so you have to get this unit very close to the battery. This might not be possible with all vehicles so it could be somewhat limiting for your application. It does have a metal body/housing, but it is thin gauge metal so care must be taken where you store this. A case, while bulky, would be nice to offer a little more protection when not in use. ************************************************ My Rating Scale: 5 STARS - Item worked better than advertised and exceeded my expectations.
