Useful
If you need surgical drains these can be useful. The mesh especially in the shower was helpful and dried fast. The apron moves a bit so the drains can get uncomfortable under clothes with that type of holder. If you have more than one drain its hard to situate without one of them moving uncomfortably because they are underneath clothes and shift. But for the shower, the mesh is great, dry off and use the other one for the drain while you are dressing, before you situate the drain in a garment pocket or pin to clothes. It sounds crazy but you can be very flexible in location and adaptation with pins.

These helped so much!
I had originally given a review that the dry bag was poor quality and the shower bag was awesome. Because of that review the manufacturer sent me a another kit!! I didn't even ask for one, they just sent it. The 2nd kit they sent is awesome!! Made very well!! The first one, i'm assuming was just one that got thru accidentally. On the first one the straps came off and the middle stitching that separates the drains came apart in a week. The second one was made so much better! It would be easier if the straps had a clip because they are hard to tie. But other than that, they helped so much!

Must-have after mastectomy
I bought these before having my double mastectomy. They were good quality and got the job done (holding my drains). This eliminates the need to buy expensive shirts with interior pockets.

Helpful after double mastectomy!
These are helpful after my double mastectomy! I have 2 drains in one pouch and one in the other. Took a bit to get used to but it works for me. After a few days of use, I did pin a lanyard to the middle of the pouch just for my own preference of security. I had a lot of bruising on one side and didnt want anything real snug around my waist. The shower pouch is great!!! Helps out a lot!! I tie it around my neck to hold the drains. I wear the belt 24/7. Sleep in it. No issues. I wore it home from the hospital too.

Surgery is hard enough!
I ordered these pouches for my mom before her mastectomy this year, and she repeatedly thanked me for them throughout her recovery. It is surprising and a little disheartening that these are not provided by the doctor or hospital for patients needing drains! Definitely worth having, and both of these (black fabric and shower version) were needed and used extensively while she healed. I'm so glad I was able to help her through that tough time.

Good for biliary/gallbladder drains
Nice accessory to manage drains. The biggest issue was the tie system on the dry bag . If it had an adjustable buckle/latch it would have been easier for my Dad to use. It's hard for him to tie the straps tight enough so they will stay up on his hips and he can't wear belted pants anymore.

Perfect after surgery!
My partner has JP tubes after abdominal surgery. You can imagine how difficult it can be with just one, imagine 3 JP tubes. Having this set helps him get around much better and lessons the risk of accidental damage to the tubes. The waterproof one is especially great for showering. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
