This was a fun advent calendar that contained some old time and memorable items for those of us who are older and remember the good 'ol days that have long past. Great product for the older generation.

—this Retro Funko Pop! Advent Calendar is an absolute delight! Opening each door feels like a nostalgic trip down memory lane with a modern twist. Each figure is crafted with incredible detail, and the retro theme adds an extra layer of charm. My kids and I have had a blast unveiling a new surprise every day. It’s like Christmas came early this year, and it’s a tradition we’re definitely continuing!

I don't want to give away spoilers but I was very disappointed with Funko with this calendar. It started off great and the characters were all adorable. Until the last week, where everything was a dup of a previous one. Example: Mr Monopoly - first one had the traditional black suit, the duplicate was the same exact outfit but the top hat was more of a grey color. Mr Potato head: first one was the traditional version, dup was exactly the same except the ears and shoe were sparkly. In some kits they do a Christmas version of the character when duping them. Not in the one. They were exactly the same.

This was a lot of fun. I only gave it four stars because some of the plastic bases don't stay on well.

I was excited about the Retro Toys aspect of this Funko Advent Countdown Calendar just as others said they were. I read reviews from others and looked at the picture included by one person. I ordered it anyway thinking I could keep what I liked and resell any that were duplicated in the set or available as individual keychains. I just opened the box and find that there are more that I will keep than resell. Look closely at the ones that look the same and you will see that some are slightly different in color or metallic colored rather than basic colored. Yes, there are other toys that could have been represented but for the most part, about 75%, the toys represented are well done.

I gave two stars because the items are nostalgic and cute. But overall extremely overpriced. Especially considering my kids were really bummed out to receive 4 duplicate items just to fill space. I’d have rather had 4 shorter days. It feels like the company is taking advantage to make you think you’re going to get 24 different items that were surprises and wanted to save money or take advantage so they just stuff 4 days with identical items. If it were much cheaper and they did this it wouldn’t be a big deal. But when you’re paying about $70 total to receive 4 of the same item, that’s very much taking advantage. I wish there had been a day to open on Christmas but I can’t could off because I knew that going in. Hopefully they’ll make one with all different items and add Christmas Day. $70 is too much to receive that. Also not all of the items will stand up because some that require stands didn’t come with them or they’re missing when the bottom has a place for them. It’s very hard to get the doors open and if you use the lid how you’re supposed to to set everything on, it all falls over in the process of trying to get a door open and you have to try to set them all up again. Some don’t even stay standing because they’re missing their stands. Way overpriced. If you’re okay with all of that I would recommend and it’s why I didn’t give zero stars. Otherwise I wouldn’t waste this much money. Especially for kiddos.

This has been amazing to open each day. I’m so glad I purchased it and it’s a great value for the money spent. It is so fun to open and see what we get each day. And every day has been a great character and the variety is amazing!

My daughter and I love this calendar! All toys are super cute and well made and I have a great time remembering having most of them 😂 I would definitely recommend.
