Faulty Release-Cap from Amazon Shipping
Karma energy drinks are, in my opinion, the very best energy drink in the market. Unfortunately my local distributor stopped carrying them and I am forced to buy them on amazon. It’s pribably a shipping issue, but every time I buy this product online, the powder-release cap does not work properly. It seems that the seal that holds the powder is broken or gets damaged during shipment. The cap must be beat to open it (I use the handle of a screw driver) and I must let the beverage sit upside down for a half hour before I can drink it. Nevertheless, some powder (in the form on small chunks) remains in the cap, so I am unable to get the full effect of the drink. I should note that I never have this issue with store-bought karma. It is a bummer that the amazon version of this drinks is faulty when it arrives. Still, I love the product, just not when it comes from amazon.

Karma is great, just check your bottles.
My review is mixed because I love Karma water and I like this flavor. Karma water itself is great. However, after this purchase I don't know if I can trust buying in bulk. The case I received looks like it may have been stored improperly or some other error was made to cause the powder to clump and crust to the cap. Be sure to check your bottles before dispensing.

Full of MOLD!! Again
Just got my replacememt pack of the matcha energy tea in because the first one was mildly. . Every last bottle in this one is packed with mold. So...dont buy this flavor. Unless u like mold.

Total fail!!!
Peel, push, shake. The peel came off ok. Push DID NOT HAPPEN on the three bottles that I have tried to date! I could not push them open. I took a sharp knife and cut the inner cap and then had to shake for SEVERAL minutes to get the "powder" into the water. I use the word "powder" although it came thru in lumps that would NOT dissolve in the bottle. The taste is AWFUL!!Don't try this product!!

Product did not work they way it was supposed to.
This was the 2nd time I received this product. The same thing happened with this product. When you removed the paper on the top to push down the tea into the water it would not push down. We had to cut the bottom of the cap to get the tea out. It also appeared to be crystallized. Unfortunately I cannot find Karma water sold by the case locally, but I won't be ordering the Karma Energy Tea, Raspberry again. Amazon is the only way I've been able to order Karma Water. I will continue to order other flavors (no issues with those) but not this one.

Was so excited to find this flavor but so disappointed with the quality
I absolutely love Karma Wellness Water. The matcha is my favorite. No one seems to carry it so this is my first time ever buying on Amazon , I was so excited I ordered two cases. All the bottles I could not even get the powder to distribute. I couldn't even push the button down. It seems like it was stored improperly and the powder all clumped together and would not mix. I am so extremely disappointed that no one sells this and Karma quit making it. I was willing to pay more just to get this flavor but now I am afraid to order it again because of my experience with my last two cases

Difficult to open.
Love Karma brand except that the raspberry tea is very hard to dispell the ingredients into the water. It's not like that with the Berry version. I would have rated it 5 stars if it wasn't difficult to open.

Want my money back!!!
This Karma Tea is terrible .I could not even use it .It's all dried up in the cap and nasty ,very nasty !!! I need to know how to get my money back .!!!?
