Assembly took all of 15 minutes to put together. Low speed is perfect for a kid just starting out. Not a huge amount of torque and keeps the speed slow enough to where the worst fall won’t scare the child of the bike. My son wanted to experiment with slipping to switch to fast mode. Let me tell you I almost spit my water out! She rips. A lot of torque and PLENTY of speed. He somehow managed to hold on and we both shared a laugh, but it for sure surprised us both. It’s definitely still a manageable speed for a little more experienced rider, but would not recommend fast mode for a first time rider. When it comes to the battery, will always recommend fully charging before taking it for cruise the first time. Just always a good habit with rechargeable electronics. Our first time out, he rode it on and off from 9am to 7pm. I would say in total he easily rode for 3-4 hours, running laps at the farm. When I checked the level I was expecting it to be dang near drained, but that wasn’t the case. With all that riding and experimenting with the Bluetooth for a little bit, it still had about half battery left. I was amazed. Overall, an awesome cost effective way to introduce your kids to riding. I would recommend finding some age appropriate riding gear. Pros: -Perfect for Entry level riders -Quite. The built-in Bluetooth and music are neat for background sound, though I did wish the speaker was a bit louder. Still, that’s an easy fix. What really impressed me is how sturdy and comfortable it feels—especially the leather seat, which is surprisingly cushy. And for something that maxes out at 150 lbs, it holds up well for adult fun too. I’m right at the weight limit and it didn’t even flinch. All in all, this electric dirt bike is a riot. Whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart, it brings a huge dose of outdoor fun with style and attitude. It's part toy, part mini-adventure machine, and 100% worth it.

I wanted to love this bike, my son loved it. It worked great for about two months and then the battery stopped holding a charge so we can no longer really ride the bike. it was impossible to get a hold of the manufacturer company and all I was told by Amazon was, I could return it for a refund. It’s not like the bike is cheap either I would recommend not to buy.

This bike is a bit hit in our house. My son wont stop riding it. It works well and he loves the fact that he can turn the speed down, as max speed is a bit fast for him at this time. Comes with preinstalled music, and the rear lights are a hit with him as well. A bit cold here this time of year but regarless we have been out daily riding in the cold. We had a couple of crashes and the bike is holding up well. My son is 9 years old and this is plenty of bike for him as a starter. The components seem to be of good quality, and installation is pretty simple as long as you are ok with using a screwdriver. Great addition to his toy collection.

Bought this for my son last November and he LOVES IT. He learned how to ride a dirtbike with this one and is now wanting a bigger one so he can do more tricks and such with a bigger one but he still rides this one for fun any chance he gets!
