Very tasty and easy to take but not sure how effective they are yet.

The interior of the pack was so sticky, it was hard for me to get into and then remove one gummy at a time. I removed them from the packaging - using a fork - and they came out in one large sticky lump. I found the smell and stickiness very unpleasant!

I have to take Vit B a lot and I immediatly feel it when I don't. These sadly are not a Vit B complex so I still have to supplement every other day with a Vit B complext but I will say that having these in a Gummy Bear format is really nice. Taking quite a few supplements each day means quite a few tablets a day so having them in a different format just makes it easier and more fun. I would recommend these for sure - I will say that if you need a complext Vit B supplement maybe just have these occasionally. The flavour is lovely fruity and and it comes in a reseaable bag for freshness so you don'T have to worry about them going dry and horrible.

Work well, but this should carry a stronger warning as you can quickly get too much of the vitamin that you may already have plenty of. Make sure to check with your doctor before taking these. They are easy to swallow and help me feel better. They taste and smell fine.

We’ve added these to our daily supplements and have found that these are good to easy and seem to work fine. With some supplements it’s not as easy to tell if they do more or less. We haven’t noticed any change so they are doing some good. The quality seems okay and the gummies have a good enough taste to them. Ideal if you don’t like swallowing tablets. You do trade this convenience for added cost. These don’t appear the best value unless you want gummies, in which case they’re fine. Overall we are happy with them and the amount you get for the cost.

These are pretty standard for gummies. They aren't bad but now I would class myself as a supplement gummie connoisseur. So I can say that these are neither particulary bad or particular impressive. Pretty standard tasting. I couldn't pin point a particular flavour apart from sweet. 3 months supply with 1 gummie per day. They come in a foil packet. I've previously stressed my dissapointment when gummies come in this kind of packaging in previous reviews. For several reasons. 1. The gummies stick together and it makes rooting around in a packet for them cumbersome. 2. If they were in a clear plastic or glass bottle they would be easier to access and you can see how many are left. 3. This is a supplement after all. Not to be consumed like sweets although they look and taste like them. So when supplements come in clear bottles with a child safety cap these are always my preferred packaging. As if discovered by a small child at least there is some protection there minimal though it is. Anyway apart from my main gripes with the packaging my overall impression of them is pretty standard.
