Meh.
Not the best, out of 6 one is already leaking from a seam after a single week of use, only discovered when I filled them up yesterday & it was drained in 2 hours vs all the others that were still about 75% full. Not even going to bother with sending it back as it would be impossible to get all the water out & now it's all dirty so it's not worth the hassle for me. My biggest complaint is that they should really have 3 drains on the bottom instead of the two, I find that the ground gets unevenly wet due to being so far on each side out, but the back side has no drain so it dries faster. Overall not terrible, and they typically do drain for most of the day when I fill them up, I just wish the seam wasn't leaking & it had another drain.

You’ll throw your back out
Because of the way these are designed, you have to get down on the ground and get in a weird position to keep the hose in place while you fill it. I threw my back out doing this. On top of that, they don’t release the water like it should. After hurting my back, I went out to the tree about a week later and there was still water in the tube. Get the taller ones because you can stick the hose in and walk away while it fills.

Empty within hours
The media could not be loaded. How hard is it to produce a plastic donut that releases water gradually over a number of days? Apparently very. We can get to the moon, but we cannot produce a simple watering device. Of the several I have bought, only one seems to work. The others empty within hours not days, defeating the whole purpose of buying them. I have tried blocking the two plastic spouts with strips of cork, but that doesn’t seem to work either. Did nobody beta test these before releasing them to the public?

Works good
This works well but a pain to fill! I decided running the hose was just easier

The tubes have to be on an absolutely FLAT surface
These watering tubes only have a couple of points to water the ground. Again, the ground must be absolutely FLAT or the water will fill at one side of the tube and not drain. There cannot be any plants NEAR the base of the tree. These tubes are very wide.

Leaks
I filled it and seemed ok, I refilled two days later and it was full of cracks on the top and in the seam, splitting where it was put together
