Great product good size easy to hold by my toddler. Keeps water cold. No spillage when dropped and vibrant colours.

I bought this new bottle, and it began leaking. I didn't understand what was wrong with it, so I was able to return it and rebuy another one. Turns out there is a tiny plug in the lid, which fell out after a few days of use; the plug is small and you wont know its gone until your drink leaks absolutely everywhere. I contacted the company, they said they would be happy to issue me with a replacement lid. Its literally been 8 weeks to the date and i am still waiting for my replacement lid. They keep telling me their out of stock and cannot confidently tell me when new stock with arrive. The bottle costs £15 and its just sat collecting dust. very unhappy. Greensteel needs to do better!!!!!!

Bought two of these for my kids after getting myself an adult stainless steel water bottle a while ago. They are perfect. Pretty much leak proof (they occasionally drip a tiny bit, especially if you've had the straw down for a while), very light and easy for kids to carry, pretty to look at, and they keep liquids wonderfully cold. Perfect replacement for disgusting plastic bottles that would go mouldy in no time no matter how much we washed them and started to make water taste like plastic towards the end. An ideal way to reduce plastic consumption in a home with kids. :)

Excellent kids bottle! I purchased two of these bottles, one for a 3.5 year old and one for a 1 year old. The one year old loves sipping out of his with the straw and it isn’t too high for him to use and carry around. The 3.5 year old drinks his as a sports bottle without the straw. He is so pleased with how it works and he can open and close it with no problem. They come excellently packaged with a great pipe cleaner for cleaning the spout. Very pleased with the purchase at a more competitive price than John Lewis as well.

Nice little bottles but I don’t see them as being better than others which are half the price. The straw is very thin, don’t attempt to bend it. The bottle itself is good quality and is cute but, as I said, I think it’s overpriced. Hopefully is durable.

Great produce - small and compact but holds a lot of water and doesn’t leak - even when thrown around! The handle bit on the top broke but as I say it got thrown around A LOT and it doesn’t actually matter, it’s still totally useable. Great product.

This water bottle is overall a decent product. It feels sturdy and has a good capacity, making it convenient for daily use. However, despite being advertised as leak-proof, I've experienced some leaking, which can be quite frustrating, especially when it's in a bag. While it's a good bottle for general hydration, the leakage issue is a significant drawback to consider.

This product was way below average! I'm afraid I can only describe it as a total piece of rubbish! It failed for me at the most basic details: - Straw system was useless, from first use, the water wouldn't flow properly, you would only get slurps - It didn't keep the temperature for more than an hour, water would get warm very easily - LEAKS!!! It was absolutely terrible at leaks! No matter what I tried like making sure it was always standing upright and filling it at 85% capacity so it wouldn't be too full, it would still leak an awful lot! It would leak from the little hole at the top of the straw system. This was the most infuriating part because you would expect that a water bottle can at least hold its content. - I wasn't going to bother typing a review despite how disappointed I was, but I changed my mind once the opening leverage broke with the most normal of movements whilst I was washing it. Stay away from this product!
