Product quality
Why did you choose this product over others?: The description and photographs alluded to it being a high quality product, which was also evidenced by the price. I was expecting a high functioning machine. However, this is not fit for purpose. It failed to propel the balls over the net and was extremely disappointing. When I asked for a refund the seller offered a 30% refund on the basis that I keep the product. However as the product does not work, I have asked for a full refund which is still awaited.

Me and my kids are loving this machine. It was delivered on time, undamaged. Value for money. I recommend buying 100 balls and a ball collector!
