Cons :1. Processor heats up to 94-95 degree C while heavy gaming. so using a laptop stand for circulation. I think AMD ryzen 7 has less max temp. hp omen 16 has that but it is 15K costlier.2. While gaming if there is a power cut, the laptop is getting switched to silent mode from turbo mode immediately because of which games face a sharp fps drop and you have to close the game as fans are now off. There should be some configuration of, say 2-3 minutes in which the fans will run using battery power so that you can save the game at checkpoints.3. MS office they should provide.4. SSD is only 450 GB usable.

Awesome battery life as per a gaming laptop, killer performance when plugged in. This heats up a bit, as it's a lightweight gaming laptop ( while full fledged gaming laptops weighing 2.6 kg, it's 2.2 kg ), but never seen a performance drop because of heating. Just use a cooling pad or lift it up a bit while gaming.As per a gaming and productivity laptop, must recommend. RTX 4060 is a beast and combined with i7 13620h, can handle any AAA title at max to high settings at 50-70 fps....Just go for it while at 95k

I ordered an ASUS TUF F15 (FX507VV-LP287W) laptop from Amazon, expecting a hassle-free purchase experience. However, I was extremely disappointed when I received a defective unit with severe screen bleeding issues and a physical bump near the keyboard.I immediately requested a replacement within the DOA period (Dead on Arrival policy) on January 29, 2025. Amazon scheduled a technician visit on February 3, 2025, who confirmed the issue and initially assured that a replacement would be processed. But later, Amazon support refused to help and redirected me to ASUS, leaving me stuck between both companies with no proper resolution.Despite multiple follow-ups with both Amazon and ASUS, I was denied a DOA certificate, and now I’m being forced to visit a service center for a repair on a brand-new laptop—which is completely unacceptable. A friend of mine had a similar issue with HP, and they replaced his laptop without any hassle, but Amazon and ASUS have been making me go in circles.Amazon’s return and replacement policy for expensive electronics is misleading, and their support team keeps redirecting customers instead of resolving the issue. This has been a horrible experience, and I will think twice before making a high-value purchase from Amazon again.If you are considering buying a laptop from Amazon, be aware that their return and replacement policies are unreliable! I will be escalating this issue through consumer forums and PG Portal if it is not resolved soon.

First of all track pad was not working from corners 😕 sound quality is very poor and my volume button was not working weight was decent 2.1 kg size was normal but it has screen flickr issue I attached a video of it I have like 3 videos of different issues like mouse flicker , keyboard randomly stops working manyy problems so I called technician he delayed his work 3 days for by that my policy expired 7 days replacement so I contacted Amazon for that and they responded great and gave me free refund but wait time is too long like 15 days they sayNow I will buy from reliance digital it has amazing offers and insurance and Warranty of its ownPlease buy offline 😭
