These are very pretty placemats. I did return them because I misread the listing. I thought there were 24 mats for $25, however it was 12 mats with 12 matching coasters, for a total of 24 pieces. I need 50+ and found a better deal on a larger size, but I highly recommend these, especially with glass plates so the gold shows through.

This is very frustrating the title is misleading because it says set of 12. A set indicates that they are all matching. This was six large placemats and six little cup coasters. So this was very irritating on the night of the party to only have six when I need a 12.

These placemats are very beautiful. They are not reversible which is why I removed one star. But the vinyl is sturdy and I think they will hold up to the wear and tear of everyday use. The package also came with matching coasters which I didn't realize were included but I was very pleased to receive. These worked perfect for a birthday dinner we had and can used many times for special events. I should have read in detail and noticed that there are only 12 placemats and not 24. But they are still at a great price. They are made of vinyl and seem to hold up well.
