So far so good....no surprises and it scoots around well...suggest investing in a couple rear view mirrors....

Its a good bike but it might be a little heavy

Step up was pretty easy for a first-timer. Looking forward to using this on trails I can't get to by foot. Price was affordable, especially being my first e-bike. I will say it is a little tricky lifting it once folded and heavier than expected. I can lift 70lbs in a gym, but its bulkier than a bar. I'm only 5'1 and with seat on lowest setting its perfect fit.

UPDATE: Wanted to amend this review to share that the seller reached out and was apologetic about the difference in color between what’s shown and what I received. They offered quick resolution and as someone who has worked in customer service for over two decades, I want to commend them on that. Will likely purchase another color from them in the future and give the orange bike to my son or husband. Will update again after the bike is in use for a bit. I expect it will work nicely though — it was well packaged and the quality seems solid. Updating to four stars for solid customer service, and the quality of material. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Okay bike but color not at all what I expected based on reviews and listing photos. Let me say, I received this 3 weeks ago — first it was delayed in transit by a week (fedex fault, not seller) and then almost immediately I went out of town for week, and then had an extremely busy week at work when I returned… So all that to say, I just opened the box to build the bike. I’m instantly very disappointed in the color. Disappointed enough I tried to initiate a return, but it’s too late. If it had been delivered on time, I’d have had time to open it immediately and hopefully would be leaving a positive review right now, just on a different color bike. The color… it was supposed to be a nice burnt orange with metallic flecks… in reality? It’s bright, flat orange. Like safety cone orange. And matte finish. I like a variety of orange shades, but this? Ugliest color I may have ever seen for a bike and not at all like the color in the listing. :( Alas, due to the variety of delays mentioned above, the return window closed two days ago (kicking myself so hard right now.) I’m sure the bike itself will be fine once put together. I’ll update the review once I’ve ridden it around a bit and I’ll try to bump up the star rating, but honestly, I’ve wanted a e-bike for so long and was so careful about which one I chose — It’s been a rough few months and now I’m just really bummed out by what was so supposed to be a positive thing. Oh well. Choose your color with caution. I’ll add photos / video after I put the thing together.

It's faster than I thought one could go! 💨 I make my son wear a motorcycle helmet, but he makes it about 97% from home to school and back home. 🏍️ I'm sure he's going full throttle both ways, so I'm beyond satisfied. 🤩 The last one I got him didn't even get him one way without having to change batteries. 🔋 I'm very glad we found this one after his last one was stolen. 🙏 It cost a bit more, but that little bit more money gave so much more in value. ✨ #Speed #Helmet #School #Satisfaction #Batteries #Value

It's awesome

I have been 180 miles on this bike and not 1 problem yet. Yeah the brakes have started to squeak a bit but that is to be expected.

The bike was very well packaged and 90% assembled assembly was quick and easy. The bike is very well made surprise at the extra bracing.
