I must say, its solid construction and detachable tiers make organizing dishes a breeze. However, the stability of the cup holders could be improved, particularly when the rack is fully loaded. Strengthening the support for the cup holders would ensure their stability and functionality, providing peace of mind for those with small kitchen spaces.

The product did not install as per the instructions.

I just use it 2 weeks, the rack already rusty. Assembly process quite challenging.

the actual drain shown in the picture not the tray but where the water is flowing out of is missing along with the clips that u place on the side which is very frustrating, other than that it's easy to build and sturdy.

Really impressed with this dish rack! The 3-tier design holds a lot of dishes without taking up too much counter space. The drain board works great and keeps everything clean and dry. It's sturdy, easy to assemble, and looks neat in the kitchen. Great quality for the price — highly recommend!

It’s good quality

It's a shame because the product looks decent, but arrived with both a missing cutlery basket and no drainage channel.
