Kid loves them. Nice size. Sturdy enough for my son to wack the sheet out of my arm with the blade and absolutely no damage to the shovel. My arm on the other hand is F’ed.

These are a great size for our little ones 6,4,2. Loved them at the beach and at home!

I was hoping for a sturdy shovel for the kids in their mud pit but these turned out to be pretty flimsy. Once I add the water to the dirt the kids don't seem to mind and use them often.

For starters, I am garbage at measuring and sometimes don't put 2 & 2 together.I was expecting something larger and better quality plastic (that's not to say that it isn't written in the description/reviews and I didn't just skim over it!) - so I'm giving this 4 stars for my own short comings.These are only about the length of my forearm and the plastic is pretty cheap.They have so far served their purpose on beach trips thus far and will get us through the summer for sure, but if your kids are older, rough on stuff like this or are extreme diggers, I'm not sure this will do the job for you.

These shovels survived a week at the beach at the hands of 3,5 and 7 year olds. Highly recommend
