Purchased this item for our guest house bathroom. We are not using in the shower so I can't speak to how it would work under wet conditions. We bought it to put in the bathroom and store towels on the bottom shelf and allow guests to place clothes and toiletries on or sit on it. It is fairly sturdy. The assembly was kind of a hassle. It uses a funky bolt and connector system to secure the legs to the bench. Some of the recessed holes weren't predrilled deep enough to properly secure the provided nuts. I had to get the drill out and redrill 3 of the holes to assemble it properly. It would have taken 5 minutes to assemble but after wrestling with it for 30 minutes I got the drill out and carefully and slowly drilled out the 3 holes and it took another 30 minutes plus then cleaning up the mess. Looks good now and works well.

Great customer service. I bought two spa benches. One bolt had a messed up thread and it wouldn’t work. I called this vendor and they mailed out replacement bolts the same day. I installed the bolt and problem fixed. This company is easy to work with and very responsive.We us one bench in the shower and one on the patio as an end table. They are beautiful teak furniture.

One of my clients just went through a home renovation. Toward the end, things started getting really rushed and the contractors missed some really important details like a bench in the shower. Knowing that my client had knee surgery coming up, I made this purchase for him and he’s been really pleased. I put it together very quickly, I love the self leveling feet, and the finish is still looking very nice, even with daily soap and water exposure.

The finished product turned out great. It meets my needs perfectly. I gave it a 4 star rating because the bolts were just thrown loose in the box, and were rattling around in the box unbagged. One of the bolts was even slightly bent. Also, the instructions could have been clearer or was missing a step. Fortunately, I am mechanically inclined and figured it out.

Had a difficult time assembling the bench alone. Had to have someone else do it for me. Love the bench for sotting in the shower looks good and seems sturdy.

This bench was originally missing one adjustable foot, but I am giving it five stars anyway because the company was so fast to send a replacement one to me! It is very solidly built, and will hopefully last forever! My three year old helped me put it together- yes, really. It’s very simple.

I was so excited to get this product. Putting it together was a breeze. Unfortunately I’ve noticed that it has started to discolor in the shower. It does not look as good as I had hoped it would. Besides that it’s a good product very sturdy.
