Worth every dollar. This cordless handheld vacuum does not disappoint. Very easy to use right out of the box. It has great performance and works great on hardwood floors and carpets. The self-adjusting surface mode will detect wood floors with carpeting and increases suction power automatically. The automatic removal of debris from the vacuum into the built in trash receptacle keeps the handheld vacuum ready to perform when needed. It also has built-in lights so you don't miss particles. The vacuum is lightweight easy to maneuver and comes with additional attachments for stairs and hard to reach high surface areas.

This is my new favorite tool. Its lightweight, easy to use and I absolutely love the auto-empty feature. It goes easily from bamboo floors to a rug to tile. Great for deep cleaning and quick tidying. Its also super easy to use on stairs.

The one con about this vacuum is the battery. If you’re using the vacuum’s highest suction setting, you’ll be lucky to get 20 minutes of run time before the battery dies. It also takes a long time for the battery to charge.I like using this vacuum. I like how lightweight it is and how easy it is to maneuver under furniture. The headlights are great for seeing how much dust etc. is hiding under your couch. I like the detachable vacuum “gun.” The attachment for stairs The automatic emptying canister feature is great.If you’re buying a vacuum and intend to use it for a lot of deep cleaning, I would not go with this one, simply because of the short battery life. Otherwise, it’s a good vacuum.

This vacuum does a lot of things right, which makes its shortcomings even more frustrating.Pros:Lightweight and easy to maneuver (though not the lightest vacuum I've owned).The auto-empty base is convenient and holds a good amount of debris.Plenty of suction power for my laminate floors and kitchen tile.It docks easily every time and has never jammed.Unlike other stick vacuums I've owned, hair and strings have never wrapped around the floor head or caused clogs.Cons:The accessory storage is poorly thought out. The included attachment holder does not fit the vacuum properly, and there is no practical way to carry or store the accessories while vacuuming. I ended up creating my own solution.The biggest issue is the dust cup door. The magnetic latch can be affected by debris, and I've had the door pop open during use without realizing it. More than once I've vacuumed an entire area only to discover that everything I picked up had been dropping right back onto the floor. Other users have reported the same problem. There is nothing more frustrating than finishing a room and realizing you have to do it all over again.Another annoyance is the floor head design. If any pressure is applied at the wrong angle, the front of the vacuum can tilt upward and lose contact with the floor. You then have to push it back down with your foot. It's surprisingly easy to think you're vacuuming when the head isn't actually making full contact.Overall, the suction and convenience are good, but the design feels like it wasn't fully thought through. With a few improvements, this could have been a great vacuum. As it stands, it's just an average one.

I've had this vacuum 3 months now and I'm really impressed. I've had Shark vacuums for years now and I usually get their pet, upright vacuums. When my last one died I was looking for similar and wasn't finding a "pet" one at the time, but this kept popping up and seemed the closest. I really was not sold on the auto-emptying station and thought that was unnecessary...but after 3 months of daily use, I love it. Is it needed? No. But does it make life a little easier - yup! I was the worst about finishing up vacuuming and not emptying the vacuum and having to empty it mid vacuum the next time, but this handles that problem and I really love that about it. I do have to remember to empty the bin on the base, but I usually remember before it's too full (usually, not always). I bought an extra set of filters for the vacuum and base and find that so far they need to be swapped out/cleaned about every 1.5 months (as i'm coming up to my next swap out).As for the way it works on pet hair - AMAZING! In our household we have 3 long hair cats, 2 golden retrievers and a goldendoodle that sheds worse than both goldens combined. It's the best vacuum for pet hair i've tried yet. I was really shocked that it got the dog hair off the carpet and backdoor rug that does not like to give up the hair no matter what i've tried. I use to vacuum my living area rug and then take one of those pet hair rakes to it to get the hair off, but this vacuum picks up all the visible hair so I haven't even felt the need to do the pet rake.It has 3 modes and I find I use the eco mode the most. The mid-range mode has so much suction it sucks up my smaller area rugs and the rollers stop working, so I just use eco mode on those and they are low/no pile so it works really well. When I get to the living room area rug it's considered a low pile (but plush) and I use the mid-range mode that auto speeds up the brush, and it picks up the pet hair great. On my backdoor mat that is one of those heavy duty get-the-water-and-mud-off rugs from HD, I use mode 3 and that gets it all off in a few swipes.Things I wish they would change on future models: I wish it just started on eco mode and not the mid-range mode. Or at the very least started where you left off the last use. I wish there was a way to boost the suction while on eco mode like my last Shark did. That little trigger boost was really handy.Battery life is good. Suction is great. It's just really a fantastic vacuum and i'm very happy with my purchase and will hopefully have it for many years like my pervious Sharks.

Love shark products and this is no exception. Powerful, easy to clean and the battery lasts long enough to do the house. Good suction and picks up everything thrown at it. The base makes it easy

I own a central vacuum system for past 50 years. When I saw my neighbor using the Shark vacuum, I asked a lot of questions then bought it! I love that it battery charges, is light and easy to use! No cords, no long vacuum hose! I now vacuum more often because of how easy it is to use and efficient.

We’ve had this vacuum for six months, and unfortunately, I think we may have received a defective unit. It generally works well, but the dust-bin flap does not fully close after the debris evacuates. This has been happening since we first purchased it, but we never got around to reporting it.More recently, the battery life has become a bigger issue. We do not use it to vacuum the entire house very often because we also have a robot vacuum, but we use it daily for quick kitchen cleanups. When I tried to vacuum the whole house last month—and again today—it died before I could finish. I would estimate it only runs for around 30 minutes on a charge.It is somewhat loud, although I do not have another vacuum like this to compare it to. We do not have pets, but it does a good job picking up my hair and is easy to maneuver. We also like the self-emptying feature and the separate dust bin. Overall, it seems durable and has several features we like, but the battery life and dust-bin flap issue have been disappointing.

I am very happy with my recent purchase! It's incredibly light and easy to use. I particularly appreciate how it automatically adjusts its power based on whether I'm cleaning a floor or carpet. What I love most is the stand station. It's so convenient not having to fix it to the wall, and the auto-cleaning feature is a fantastic bonus.Beyond these features, the 5-year warranty speaks volumes about the quality of this product. I absolutely recommend it!

I set the vacuum up in 5 minutes. Took a couple of hours to charge the battery. I should have bought this vacuum a long time ago and save the struggling with my built-in Beam vacuum with its great big long cord. It works very well. I have a 1300 square foot house and it vacuumed the whole place. I love it.
