Can you use one earbud individually? Also how long does it take to charge the case?

You can use just one earbud, also if you are using both and take one out it will pause your music. I honestly can't say how long it takes to charge the case for a couple of reasons, I haven't run the case all the way down and I charge it at night when I go to bed.

Love the design and fit. Very comfortable but hate the touch controls. Is there one with a button instead?

I don't think that they do. I also have their TrueShift2 series from 3 years ago and they're touch controls too. I don't like the button ones because you have to push on them and it causes them to get crammed into the ear canal. The touch option is much easier to deal with. I just lightly tap them, and I haven't had any issues since I got used to it.
