I love this idea of using a brush to get an even application of sunscreen without touching the lotion with my fingers. The brushes work beautifully. The bristles are soft and the cleaning pad is really handy. My first set had a defect and the big brush handle fell off. I loved the brushes so much I just kept trying to glue it back on. Finally I reached out to the company asking what bonding agent I should use and they replied with a full refund and sent me a brand new set!! I don't think customer service like that can be beat.

I absolutely love this product! My kids (and husband!) all love this brush! It’s so easy to apply sunscreen, it’s fun for the kids to do it themselves, no fussing, no complaining about putting sunscreen on their face or body, it’s a super soft brush, easy to store and travel with because of the size, and easy cleaning! Worth getting 100000%

I’ve tried a few different versions of brushes and these are by far my favorite. I’ve been using them since they first came out. There are some pros and cons though depending on what you’re looking for…Pros: my kids don’t mind it as much as hands rubbing sunscreen on their faces. They like to do it themselves (but I generally do a last pass to make sure they got everywhere and there’s not some gooped in other places). The brushes are denser than other versions I’ve tried and the bristles are a bit shorter so it’s easier to clean (sort of). I like that I can throw on the cover and it doesn’t get sunscreen all over the diaper bag.Cons: You do end up wasting a ton of product although that would be the case no matter what brush you use. The denser bristles do make it a bit easier to clean but just using the cleaning pad doesn’t even come close to washing it off (again, you’ll have this issue with every brush). I don’t want bacteria to form so I try to wash it as often as possible (daily is my ideal). I also have to scrape it with my nail after the initial cleaning with the pad to get it actually clean. It takes a while. It makes sense since sunscreen is formulated to stay on but it’s not as simple as swirl on the pad a few times. I also hate that I have to buy a whole new set each time. I don’t need more covers or cleaning pads, I just want replacement brushes.To clean it, I hold the brush head with one hand so I’m not putting pressure on the neck and then scrape off the excess sunblock with my finger nail. I do it in different directions too. If you wash them each day it’s not bad but if you wait a week, it’ll take a while and there will be lots of sunblock to scrape off. If I do wait that long I will also do a wash with some baby soap in between scraping sessions. It’ll never be 100% as clean as new but it’s enough for me. If you’re kiddo has super sensitive skin, that might be a consideration though.Overall, I definitely recommend them if you’re going to use a brush to apply it to the skin. They are the best ones I’ve tried. But be prepared for the cleaning time if you are trying to get them fully clean and the excess product you’ll lose in the brush.

First of all, this makes applying sunscreen to my kids so much easier! Because the brushes are so soft, they don't mind it touching their faces. These brushes also help me to keep sunscreen out of their eyes since they actually sit still! One of my kids now likes to apply to everyone with these brushes. Once sunscreen is applied, there isn't a white haze as these help blend so much better than hands only.There are two issues that I have run into. First is not a deal breaker - the labels on the covers have come off when our sunscreen got on it (Supergoop sunscreen brand). The second could be a deal breaker. The handles seem very weak. They creak a lot so I hold closer to the brush for extra support. I would not hold these only by the thicker bottom. I would love to see the handles reinforced in the next go around.I like to finish with a positive. I LOVE the cleaning pad. I even use this cleaning pad for my makeup brushes. It works so well!

This has been such a a great tool. This helps blend the sunscreen all evenly across your face or body. It’s easy to use. If you have a little one they can help out as well, and apply small portions to their body as you supervise them. This effectively distributes the product all over the desired area, with its smooth bristles!! Definitely recommend!!

I love the idea behind these brushes and the brush head itself is amazing! The bristles are so soft and they create a nice even layer of sunscreen easily. However, the handles are very flimsy. One of mine came apart after one use. I was able to glue it back together but I was disappointed because we were so careful with it! It literally just fell apart in my hand. I’m worried they won’t hold up to repeated use with such fragile handles. I would love to see a redesign with thicker, sturdier handles. I purchased these on prime day thankfully because in my opinion the retail price is too high for something so flimsy. I was planning to order the snack boxes from this same brand but now I’m hesitant since I’m wondering if they’re also flimsy and would break quickly.

These sunscreen brushes are great. I don’t get my hands covered in sunscreen, my kids are happy to rub their own sunscreen in on their faces, and they are easy to pack along with the sunscreen. The bushes are thick and soft. We’ve used them at the pool and the lake. I’ve already sent several other parents the link for these. The only concern I have is the durability of the neck of the brush handle. It is plastic and I hope it continues to hold up.

I absolutely love these brushes! The quality is fantastic and they are incredibly soft. It’s no longer a battle to get sunscreen on my kids, and they happily sit still while I put it on. It makes putting sunscreen on a breeze and my hands are no longer covered in sunscreen.

Used daily for sunscreen application for kids and adults. Purchase about 1 year ago and one of the brushed recently snapped. That being said the were worth it and we just bought another set. Great for all types of sunscreen, including thick mineral sunscreen. So much more even application that using hands (especially with kids who never stop moving). I no longer have to find a safe place for my rings when applying sunscreen!

Ordered these after confirmation they are the originals from Mothercould. I haven't used them yet, but they are very soft to touch. They seem durable and good quality. Can't wait to try them out. My kids are going to love them!A little sad they were shipped in the original box, it was covered in shipping stickers so didn't get to see the nice packaging. Also the box was not sealed upon arrival. Unfortunately with shipping it's seal ended up popping open but, product inside looked good and unused.
