A very powerful hair dryer and not too noisy. But not silent.At first i sent it back because it had no packaging other than a plastic bag inside the box for the dryer itself and two attachments. No instructions, and the dryer for hot very quickly. Used I thought?I bought another one and it also arrived the same as the first.Tried it and the same, it got hot very quickly. And powerful motor it was too.I then realised my mistake! It was normal for this dryer. And there was nothing wrong with the one I returned. It was the lack of instructions that make me think it was used.That said, my wife absolutely loves it! She says It's the best she has tried, and dried her long hair in minutes. So much faster than other hair dryers.I'm writing this review to help others not to make the same mistake I made. It's an excellent product, and well worth the money.I would like to add that although it gets very hot, the case remains relatively cool to the touch, unlike other hair dryers.It has two heat settings but the first is plenty hot enough. And the ion setting works great too cool quickly.The LED indicating which setting you are on is blue for no heat or ion setting and two red ones for heat.Yes there are no instructions other than a safety notice, yet I would highly recommend this product as a gift or replacement for the old one

I really like this hairdryer. It is very powerful and can dry your hair really quickly (which says a lot because my hair is quite long)! It is great for blow drying my hair straight so I don't need to finish off styling with my hair straightener.The only disadvantage is it gets quite hot. An cool air button would be a good feature. Other than that its great value for money :)

I have really thick hair so I needed a decent motor in a hairdryer to dry my hair quickly before it frizzes, I didn't really want to buy an overpriced hairdryer to pay excess for the 'gloss' or brand name.And this was it... I have only used it once, yet my it dried my hair quickly, and left it soft and fluffy without frizz (if my hair is left with even the slightest bit of damp it becomes an afro). The hottest heat setting gets really hot and the highest motor setting has some power to it. So far happy with my purchase.

The hair dryer arrived in time, good a quick delivery. Nice design, with 6 different functions (the box indicates 4) as it's got 2 speed sets and 3 temperature levels (cold, warm, hot). It also comes with two nozzles for quick drying if you like. The material seems to be plastic, but it appears to resist the heat with no issues. Very good product, I'm replacing my old hair dryer with this new one.

I chose this one because of the price . Not the cheapest on the market so believing it would have been a lot quieter . Purchased to dry small animals and so wanted something quieter . I wasn’t expecting a totally silent dryer but was not expecting it to be this noisy and described as powerful it certainly isn’t ! My cheap dryer is far more powerful than this one . Only gave 3 stars because it has 3 heat settings including a cool one .Where the power button is my grasp keeps switching it off

Good hairdryer with 3 heat settings. The lower one is almost cool air and the higher one is a little too hot for us but the middle setting is just right. The only criticism I have is the black electric lead is a little stiff and ugly but then it is intended for professional use and so should be strong.

This hair dryer is good, very powerful. Light weight compared to other hair dryers. It has cool, warm, medium to high setting. But I feel that there should be another setting before medium or between medium and high for a different speed? Other than that the hair dryer is good and looks good with the red.

I like this hairdryer on the whole, very powerful and leaves my hair silky and shiny. A little on the heavy side for me personally, but I do have a weak wrist, so no fault of the dryer!
