Q: what size threads are on the bolts (size and pitch of threads)? (I need to order different nuts for my application.)

You need to verify this on a one to one basis based on the manufacturer you by your clamps from. It could vary by batch. While Most are SS with a fiber washer, some are not, 5/8” is a typical bolt size BUT it is NOT universal, check each batch, some may come with or without bolts. None that I have came with any nuts. They may even be Metric. I have purchased from multiple sources online.

Q: Where do you buy the rails for these?

There are a variety of options for rails from using either Aluminum U channel to using the popular Uni Strut type materials from a variety different vendors. You can get the standard channel nuts in the same thread size as the clamps. You will also want other clamps specifically for grounding. Solar panels need to be grounded for safety reasons. Also you need to decide if this is a roof or ground mount installation. Personally I will never do a roof mount system due to the safety factors to place the panels away from any occupied structures, the ability to access and make repairs easily and monitoring/fire prevention should any future electrical problems arise in the future.
