Track goes together easily and the cars are quick! Fun to race for the kids and the adults in the household. We have used both batteries and power cord, but ended up switching just to the power cord. The cars are easy to get back on the track and the kit comes with replacement wires for the cars (have not yet had to change them, we have been able to reshape the current wires very easily). We did have an issue with the controllers (wire cracked, pin came off), but I emailed the customer support team email listed in the build instructions for replacement suggestions and they were quick to respond and rectified the problem immediately. This toy has gotten quite a bit of use since it has been built and excited to keep playing it together!

When I was a kid, we had slot car race tracks, but they were nothing like this one. With this when the car stay on the track, they go fast and it is a lot of fun. My grandson absolutely loves this. On top of that product support is fantastic. This one came in with a damaged controller. I simply wrote an email to Support and had two brand new controllers in three days. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to assemble. Cars hold to track well. Sturdy. Fast. Grandkids wouldn't stop racing. One car stopped working after the first day. I emailed the company, and they sent a new set of cars that week. Did not try the battery option due to prior reviews. AC worked great.

This was a ton of fun for my nephew. This is definitely a little difficult to assemble and will requite a 10 year old kid or an adult to get it done. My unit has one track operating slower than the other, which is why I knocked off 1 star.

We got this for our 4 year old for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. Of all the presents he got this year, he’s spent the most time with this one. Sometimes the cars fall off the track, but that’s normal. He learned quickly how to put them back on easily enough. Setup was simple. Although two of the guardrails broke, so they’re kinda halfway attached. I’d recommend bending the guardrails into a curve before attaching to reduce the stress on the bits that clip onto the track. We’ve been able to get 4 cars running on the track simultaneously with good results. Any more than that and the electric doesn’t provide enough juice to power them all. 9.5/10 overall

Set wasn't too bad to assemble but the directions could be more clear. Grand kids had a blast. Cars worked fine and actually stayed on the track for the most part. That being said, the quality of materials for the track, railings and controllers are subpar. All have a broken part but still functional. I tried the QR code for parts but got no response. If you have any luck contacting them please let me know.

I had a issue with some damage that my grandson did to the little cars - it was on Christmas Day Entire race car track wouldn't work, I contacted the company and they quickly sent me 4 brand new cars to replace damaged ones. I was very very happy that they helped me and I am watching my Grandson closely now to make sure he doesn't damage again. The above is definitely a 5 star for customer service, but unfortunately the race track itself would only be rated a 2 Tried to set up and really take our time with it (over 1.5 hr) but the cars don't run very well - if at all, and the kids quickly lost interest in the frustration. Wish I had not purchased for a Christmas gift, wouldn't buy again

I bought this Slot Car Race Track Set mostly for the nostalgic factor, and it absolutely delivered. El mismo día no funcionó el auto rojo, el azul camina muy lento y los otros dos funciona bien. Sería bueno que, aunque no los cambiaran, dieran opciones para comprar más autos, para que siguiera siendo funcional la autopista, ya que a este paso podría quedar inservibles en el corto tiempo.
