I'm quite impressed with the functionality of this dash cam. The 4K front camera is very clear. Rear camera is also very clear at 1080p and I like that I can still use the mirror without the camera and see the back seat like a traditional rear view mirror. Installation is not easy, just like any dash cam I've owned in the past (i.e. Thinkware) if you want to hide the cables and hardwire it to the battery. However, it's easy if you don't mind cables being visible and there is no need to hardwire (for features like 24hr monitoring while car is off). The menus and settings are are intuitive and easily accessible from the mirrors display, with quick response time. I like this much better than my $400+ Thinkware, and it's at a fraction of the cost. Great product for the price for sure.

It does what it says but I likely wouldn't buy it again and would go with a 2.5k to 4K rear system next time.A few issues I have noticed with it: The rear camera isn't all that clear, the front is 4K the rear says 1080P but on the mirror it looks more like 720P and colors are dull, you can tell a vehicle is behind you but can't make out what kind of car it is. The video looks better when played back on a computer but that's not much help when driving. No HDR or WDR so cars don't show up in some conditions, like when the sun is behind you. The camera has a wide field of view so that helps blind spots but also makes cars look much further away than they actually are. A car that looks 30ft behind you is only 6 feet so be careful changing lanes until you get use to the way distance is displayed.It also records a low frame rate only 25FPS so the screen seems jerky like an old video game. Other cameras do 30 or 60fps. Then a few times I turned the car on it would only show the front camera and would not switch to the rear, I have no reason watch the front camera and had to unplug the mirror and plug it back in then the rear camera showed up again.We have an Ioniq 5 and those are known for having poor visibility due to the lack of a rear wiper, so this does help in those conditions. Also I can have cargo stacked up blocking the rear window and again this does help since a direct line of sight out the back is not needed.

I needed an extra dashcam mirror for my second car since I would move my other one back and forth. This mirror is so clear and easier to use than my old mirror. Easy plug into the cigarette lighter, set the date and time and you're ready to go. The screen is good sized and easy to see through your back window. The cable length is more than enough to hide in the plastic from the glove box all the way up to roof.

I am very like this Mirror dash Camera. Very good quality in day and at nights. Now I feel more protected from dab situations. I am very happy with my choice. I recommend this Mirror Dash Camera.

I purchased this item because after spending too much time slogging through listings, it appeared to be the only option available to do what i need. I have a '94 F150 and i wanted to have both a reverse camera and a dashcam. But my first and most important priority, being as my truck sits high, is i do not want to back over any children, pets, or bicycles.Why this appears to be my only option, IDK. Dashcams exist. Rearview cameras exist. Dual channel 12V monitors exist. I just want a reasonable combination of the three. But most the options are either this one, or a windshield mounted camera that looks in both directions. Which the latter doesn't help for things directly behind my rear bumper.Anyway the problem is, i can't see this in daylight. I think this owes largely to it trying to be simultaneously monitor and mirror, such that depending on the angle of glare i can't tell whether i am looking at a camera or a reflection. Most often it looks like a blurry combination of both.Perhaps this isn't such a problem if you have a sedan and/or your mirror sits back further from the windshield. Or maybe things are better in the $250 range, with presumably higher quality displays. It doesn't matter for my circumstances because in terms of not destroying anything or killing someone, it is worse than nothing.Please believe i tried. I wanted this to work. I turned brightness all the way up, tilted the mirror so it wouldn't catch as much glare from above, etc.. The only thing i didn't try is gluing a sun shield to it, because i need them to take this thing back, but some nondestructive experimentation indicates it might be helpful. Still doesn't matter since there's no way i can trust this thing under varying lighting circumstances.Sad. Even sadder because i read the reviews and selected this specific item because of the praise for its display brightness. Either i got a defective one, or it works WAY better in vehicles other than old F150s, or popular standards and expectations are historically low, or some folk are being less than truthful.

Tenía mis dudas respecto al funcionamiento de estas cámaras, pero en verdad me he quedado asombrado, que además de ser fácil de instalar, trabajan de maravilla, tanto la camara frontal como la cámara trasera. La recomiendo 100%.
