Great watch have had and been wearing it everyday for a week now no issues. Even tested the heart rate monitor by putting it on my friends wrist at the same time as he was wearing his $200 similar watch. The results were identical as I was skeptical on how a $30+ watch would compare. It compares exactly to his high dollar one. So far so good and at this price if it fails in a year ill buy another psh no brainer. Everything works as it should and the battery will last you all week if not longer. Definitely recommend. I see crap comments on here and I dont understand why. Lol

I'm very hard on watches. Usually I break watch bands, sometimes watch faces, and other times I have either magnetized them or caused some sort of malfunction. Most of my watches last between 6 and 9 months. This one made it almost an entire year before 1 single malfunction. So I think it's a good value. I purchased mine in May of 2025. It's currently the middle of April 2026 and as of 3 days ago the step counter stopped working. I got a message on the screen face to shake the watch to remove water... Which is odd because I never wear the watch in the shower, nor while washing my hands. And then no more step counting. Everything else functions well. The display is bright, the text reading function works well, I can still answer calls and perform just about any other task that the watch is meant to do. But I cannot count steps, and that makes me need another watch. If I had any complaints about this watch it would be that at times the watch would connect to my phone as if it were headphones or a portable speaker and it would play the audio from videos/reels/ or even podcasts that I am listening to. I would have to disconnect from bluetooth to make it stop. Other than that: This is a great value for anyone looking for a smart watch and it lasted a few months longer than other watches which I have bought and worn.

Okay.. I hate doing this but.. Let me start off with the fact that I started off loving the watch. I've had five smart watches before this one and it's by far been the best (well kind of). It had additional features I was looking for like playing music from the actual watch. I like all the apps on it. I love the construction of it. It definitely felt more like a tough watch that would take a beating. Really really liked all of that. Unfortunately one of the things I totally need is the alarm funtion. It started off with a couple of alarms working and then some not. Then it got to the point where none of the alarms worked. I could sometimes set an alarm if it was in a couple minutes and it would go off. Anything longer than two or three minutes away would not go off. Before you ask... yes I made sure that do not disturb was not on. I made sure that the audio was clicked on on the watch as well as on the Bluetooth area on my phone. Everything else including the AI worked as far as noise is concerned. I changed it from 12 hours to 24 hours. I set the times up on my watch and then I set the times up on the app. Deleting both and starting over again. Nothing ever seemed to work. I reset the watch several times. I worked with customer service and at first they were nice about it. But at some point I got the feeling... they didn't believe anything I was telling them. They kept saying it should work. I said it does not. They told me to get with Amazon and return it. I got with Amazon and they told me to go to the company to get it returned. I got with the company again they told me to go to Amazon. I got really irritated at that point. I did finally get it returned and get a refund. I really really wanted to like this watch so much that I ended up buying another one. Unfortunately it literally did the exact same thing. Actually none of the alarms ever worked on it... not even if I set it a few minutes later. When talking to customer service they said they had never heard of such a thing. Asked me to send pictures videos etc. The fact that I got two different watches a month apart and had the exact same issue but worse than the other... concerns me. I'm now using another Smartwatch that I bought that doesn't have quite as nice a feel to it and some of the features aren't the same.. but it's working the way I need it to. I paid a little bit more for this one... and like I said I really wish it was the other watch... but at least this one does what I need it to. I kind of wonder if maybe it has to do with an update or something like that. Either way if you don't need alarms then go for the watch.. it's a great watch. If you need things like the alarm though then you may have to look elsewhere.

Great addition to accompany change in health focus. An inexpensive test item that is all I need. While NOT a calibrated medical device, it’s accurate enough to monitor heart, blood pressure, etc. App serves as convenient place to log weight and see trends in other areas. I’ve especially enjoyed the sleep monitoring and have learned a lot about how to get the best results for myself. The heart rate sensor is as accurate as any of the machines in the gym. Definitely recommend before buying an expensive watch.

I REALLY want to give this a five star review! @DEKELIFE, please fix this one thing and I will gladly update my review! I have had this watch for four months and it shows no signs of wear and has functioned reliably. It has great features and looks sharp too. I only have one complaint and I suspect it might be fixable with a firmware update. The whole reason I bought this watch is so I can still get text notifications when I am active at work, in a loud environment, where I have to have my phone on silent mode. Unfortunately, it fails at that. Even with the vibration intensity set to "strong", it only gives me one singe brief vibration that often goes unnoticed. The vibration is not super strong and is so brief that it frequently fails to get my attention, especially if I am moving around. I previously owned a smart watch from another manufacturer. Whenever I had that watch in silent mode and I would receive a text or any other notification, it would pulse a series of four medium long vibrations instead of one very short pulse. This gave me a chance to realize that it was a purposeful vibration, and not just a brief sensation from random body movement. Please, DEKELIFE, if you can offer an improved vibration alert this watch would easily be five stars. I'm hoping that this could be an easy fix in a future firmware update.

Battery life is outstanding. Very rugged for someone that is an outside person. So has not failed

Hello,I recently bought C28 smart watch from your amazon.sg through 3rd party Wei Peng Singapore on 25/8/25 and delivered on 4/9/25.Now the watch is defective,unable to power on after numerous charging,cleaning of the magnetic charger,so had reported to your 3rd party on 12/10/25,still unable to resolved.Pls help me to resolve,it soonest as I am very disappointed with this situation.thanks.

Battery backup only lasts 3 to 4 days.

Worst service , worst product battery stay for 1 day only that to 16 hours
