This hinge worked perfect . I have never installed this kind so my first installation I had the spacing not right and I have to relocate one of the holes which resulted in a visible hole I had to fill however now I know the spacing and I will have no issue in the future and will buy more of these for sure. For scale the box in this picture is about 13” long by 9” deep .

I purchased these to hold the 1/4 inch thick lid of a small table 20x30 inches in the open position. The hinges were very flimsy and would not work. They may he suitable for a small jewelry or trinket box lid.

Works great

The lid stays are for very light duty small boxes. What I found is that the stays do not really have a good positive lock. They would probably be OK for a very light lid, but mine was a little on the heavier side, and if the lid dropped I would certainly feel it. Critical that the center pivot be installed equidistant regarding the hinge pivot in order to work correctly.

Poor quality. They did not lock into an open position and were basically worthless.

Used on a drop down table weighing approximately 9lbs 40"x 18". Along with two concealed hinges it was more than sturdy.

These are two of the same items and not a pair. Both work only on the left side of a box. There is no right hand side option

This came as set but they were both only for the left side so they weren’t much use!
