What a great product! I've added this to my regimen to support my weight loss journey, and I've noticed a very nice change on my metabolism. I haven't noticed any change in my skin. This is a straight forward Irish Sea Moss supplement without lots of other ingredients or fillers which may make it a perfect choice if all you are looking for is Sea Moss. The capsules are larger than average for gel capsules but very easy to swallow and of course flavorless, and it contains a two month supply with a daily dose of two gel caplets.I became interested a Sea Moss supplement when I learned about the large number of micronutrients it contains. It is said to include 92 of the 112 minerals and nutrients found in the human body and ten or so that Sea Moss fails to include are those your body includes but doesn't apparently need. This supplement isn't sold to treat or prevent any condition but it does act like a probiotic providing support for your intestinal health and is a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids.I believe this is a quality product and at the current price point I believe it is a good value as well. I would gladly order this product again.

Having read a number of articles on the positive benefits of sea moss I was anxious to give these a go. They’re easy to swallow so it wasn’t a big deal. After weeks, I can genuinely say I have experienced nothing that even remotely lets me know I’m taking something beneficial for myself. No discernible difference whatsoever. Sadly, these get a pass from me.

The fact is when I ordered this, I thought it just contains sea moss.Did also contains magnesium stearate, Silicone dioxide, and rice flour.Magnesium stearate come in two forms one is plant based the other is from animal. More than likely this comes from animal since I didn’t see anything about it being vegan on the bottle.This also contain Silicon dioxide, also known as silica, is an oxide of silicon with the chemical formula SiO2, commonly found in nature as quartz.[5][6] In many parts of the world, silica is the major constituent of sand. Silica is abundant as it comprises several minerals and synthetic products.In researching this I found mixed information on silicone dioxide.This supplement just now for me.
