Resilife Chin strap for snoring is made of soft neoprene fabric and it is specially fitted around your head using straps. Most head straps have slits on the sides so your ears can fit nicely inside of them while you are wearing it, keeping the product in place while you sleep. The bottom portion of the product goes down and around your jaw and holds your mouth in a closed position while you sleep. This is where this specially designed product actually works – it is intended also to extend your jaw forward as well as keep your mouth closed. This is the foundation of what is needed to prevent you from snoring. Chin straps mainly address open mouth snorers, according to statistics open mouth snorers compromise 80% of the snoring population. Snoring occurs when the tongue slips towards the back of the throat while you sleep and the tongue presses up against the soft flesh in the back and creates vibrations. These vibrations are the cause of snoring. Typically people with more fatty tissue will experience more snoring than others. Each individual is different however, so even people with smaller throats can experience this as well. Finally, by holding your jaw in the forward position, this prevents the tongue from slipping towards the back of the throat. Looks like some sort of Medieval chastity device!
Not actually tried this in ager yet, and I think I'd need to be *extreeeemely* tired (or drunk!) to be able to sleep while wearing this.It's relatively comfy, although made for those with heads smaller than mine, but the chin-support does feel a bit strange.Still, if this helps to prevent my "paving-slabs-being-dragged-over-one-another" snoring (and used in conjunction with Breathe Right nose strips) and allows my Lovely to get some sleep - then it'll be worth the slight discomfort.

So glad I didn't send it back
After receiving chin strap and trying it out for the first night, I was tempted to return it because I have a big head and the fit just wasn't right. I decided to give it a chance, readjusting Velcro straps, repositioning chin strap, and used it for a few more nights. So glad I didn't send it back because my initial problem was not with the product, but the learning curve it took to set it up right. I find the strap very comfortable now. The main reason I purchased the strap was that I'm a mouth breather during sleep and I would wake up a few times each night with my tongue and mouth completely dry, and before I could fall asleep, I'd have to get mouth and tongue wet again. The strap does keep my mouth closed the entire night and I no longer wake up during the night for dry mouth/tongue maintenance. Excellent product, excellent price!

Item arrived quickly, however it is totally non-functioning. Does nothing to keep chin in place while sleeping.

Product definitely is good value for money
I have been using this product for quite a few days and I must say it takes a couple of days to get used to it. I have a small head and found that the strap was slipping off my head but solved this by following the instructions on the picture. I am a mouth snorer and this is perfect for me. but i recommand to cleary understand this product is definitely not for nasal snoring, as mentioned in the descriptions..

Works Well!
I was a bit sceptical when I bought this especially after scrolling through some of the other reviews, however it really does work well. I think it just takes a few nights to get used to. I also just followed the instructions on how to wear it on this page and it was easy to put on and fitted well with no slipping. Best of all, I'm sleeping much better now!

Stop snoring chin strap
My husband wore the anti snore chin strap and within 5 minutes he was snoring as usual. I didn't find it any good at all. The stray didn't keep his mouth closed at all.. Waste of money

Couldn't wait for the snoring chin strap to arrive. I have been using it now for quit a few days straight and has been amazing. It is very well made, comfortable and I was told it has helped stop my obnoxious snoring. Very happy I found this product.
