SCOTWILD MIDGE MOSQUITO BUG REPELLENT NET SUIT

I was dubious of buying this given how few reviews there are and the odd sizing info that doesn’t make much sense but I’m very impressed now that it has arrived. Construction of the suit is far superior to what I was expecting with real attention to detail. My only suggestion would be a draw cord at the waist rather than elastic; once the electric wears out the suit will become loose at the waist and the seal won’t exist but this is only a minor critique as the elastic hem looks durable. For those curious of sizing I’m 6’ 3" with 42" chest, 34" waist and 33" inside leg and the XL fits just about perfectly. The gloves fit my shovel hands too! Not sure I’d get it over a coat but most likely better to have this beneath any waterproof layers anyway. Very breathable which I wasn’t expecting either. Yet to test in the Scottish midge-fest but have every confidence. Brilliant product and stuffs down into a ball about the size of a small melon.

Anybody who says that midges don't affect them should head to the Northern highlands , with great beauty comes great grief .Makes for hot work , you sweat but you see the little bast&@s crawling on the net and they can't get in , rejoice .I am a highlander but when you encounter midges like a sandstorm the suit is the only way .The gloves supplied are not suited for my needs but they were a nice touch .Wear under light layers for max longevity.
