we bought two for our cats treats while we went on vacation to suplement their food as we give them treats every night. We were on vacation 6 days and they worked flawlessly and still had small amount of treats left in them when we got home. So our cats still loved us lol

We love this thing. I needed something for when we were out of the house during feeding time and this works great. Just remember to check it regularly. It doesn’t tell you if you’re out of food, but will still show that it fed the dog. This only happened once and I was there so pup still got his snack but it made me aware of this. I don’t recommend kibble that has different sized chunks in it, big chunks will get stuck in the mechanism.

The directions were very small and difficult to follow. After numerous attempts I finally got it to work. The voice announcement only worked one time and wouldn't reprogram. It would lose internet connection until I was near it with my phone on Bluetooth. I reset the feeder and software numerous times but same result. I'm glad that we didn't leave our home for any significant time since it didn't work.

If you have a crafty cat or dog don't get this dispenser. The top comes off easily and your furry friend will be gorging on kibble. I love that the system has an all for easy use but we had to find a way to keep the top on.

My previous automatic DOG food dispenser stopped connecting to my Wi-Fi after working for 3+ years. I replaced it with this one and it is working perfectly. I have set up a meal schedule and it dispenses on time and in the quantity that I programmed it for. I am hoping this one lasts just as long as the last one did.

I saw complaints on difficulty to set up so I went through the guidelines and logiced out the process. Took about 20 minutes to get it set up with time and food amount tests. I suggest making several tests. Once done you know how to do the other 3. It actually becomes very vestal.

Issues with auto feed. Says it feeds but upon checking security cam it didnt feed so i manually feed and then seconds later it auto feeds. So for me the auto feed is a joke but manual feed works. So its now pointless to have. By the way i travel and have to leave pets at home occasionally for a day or two.
