King Arthur Baking Company Crisp & Airy Focaccia Mix Kit 18.4 oz., Baking Mix - Ready in 1 hour

I've made focaccia (the hard way, by hand, with lots of mixing, kneading and rising time) and this mix is so good, and SO MUCH EASIER. The flavor is nice; I used the entire spice packet and added a little bit of coarse ground sea salt before baking. It freezes well which is a bonus as it is a a lot of bread to consume while really fresh. Relly glad we ordered two - can't wait to make the next one.

I was impressed with this focaccia mix! I cannot find focaccia mix in my local stores so I took a chance ordering online and am glad I did. I have another box on the way. My husband loved it. I recommend.

I keep this on the shelf for quick and easy focaccia. Always a hit with company or just nushing.

I bought to make a couple of sandwiches. It worked & was a nice change. My kids really loved eating the rest with their soup one day & pasta the next. It was easier than expected to make. Takes time but it’s a couple easy steps with a wait in between. My dough rose little or not at all while resting in pan so don’t worry if yours doesn’t, it works. Don’t plan to buy again soon because it didn’t really wow me, but if you’re just in a focaccia mood it scratches the itch

Easy to prepare, nice texture, taste homemade. Served with Portobello marinara sauce.

This bread was disgusting. Your better off just following a from scratch recipe because this does not taste great
