Will this fit in the passenger side glove compartment?

It probably would fit in a glove box but it is intended to sit in a cup holder. When it is over filled it is hard to get coins out. Same problem when it is nearly empty. The quarter and nickels work best.

Is there a quick empty option? Or do you need to remove one coin at a time?

No quick option. You would have to remove one at a time. However, with this said, my husband keeps this in his truck and loves it!
