Dark Ark Volume 1: Forty Nights (DARK ARK TP) Paperback – Illustrated, 1 May 2018

What a great story. Very dark, very brooding! Loved the actual concept behind the story and it is a very unique take on the Noah and the flood story. The comic is also peppered with some clever humorous ideas. The reason we don't have unicorns anymore is interesting and very funny.

Noah's arc with a twist!An excellent dark tale!

The story's actually quite interesting - Noah's oppo filled with all the things that go bump in the night. - including some I was unfamiliar with (although that might just be the erratic art). Unfortunately my copy was absolute pants. I opened it up and half the pages fell out! Poor show, old man. Poor show.

O conceito é fabuloso (ao mesmo tempo que temos a arca de Noé a salvar espécies animais temos também, algures, outra arca que carrega os monstros deste mundo), a ilustração não é má, mas talvez alguns aspetos sejam mais negros do que o que estava à espera e aí as expetativas é que estragam um pouco a satisfação.A insurreição conspirada pelos vampiros e a constante força e ímpeto de Krull, o manticore (leão com cauda de escorpião), fazem deste volume uma boa leitura.

No me esperaba algo como la historia que se presenta. El arte, los diálogos, la temática son excelentes. Exhibe no sólo un antítesis del bien sino un serie de matices interesantes por descubrir

The first comic i read in 20 years and i wasn t disappointed and it captured me for the dark story, can’t wait to get the others chapters

So really really cool story, I am immediately buying vol 2. But, I had to have my original copy replaced because it just fell apart and sadly my replacement somewhat is falling apart aswell.

Very nice story line, the art is well done, if not particularly ground breaking.I look forward to the next one.
