Good Value for the Price
While the materials are not heavy duty, when all assembled, the tree is sturdy and steady and the cats love it! Our largest cat, a long-haired calico name Harlee has claimed the top turret while the others play below. Pretty enough for our living room and easy to clean up if needed.

Best cat house ever
My cat just about lives in this thing. She sits on it and spies all the goings on outside. Plus loves to run up and down climb and play all sorts of kitty games on it

It's a nice condo overall but the ladder attachment is weak so the ladder doesn't stay attached.
