Ours stopped working just outside of the return policy so I contacted them and we had a replacement 2 days later. Their response to me was, “Rest assured that MelodySusie always stands behind the products.” And they did just that. My daughter was upset when it broke so quick but I explained to her that electronics stop working some times for whatever reason (nothing is 100%) but to have a Compnay that stands by their products is hard to find these days. This is a very convenient E-File. I used it on my daughter today and I removed the bulk just as easily as with my corded drill. It charges fast. The fact that it is cordless is wonderful. I got it in sale for $9.99 and that was absolutely worth it! I'm very pleased with my purchase!

This is a pretty decent brand so I'm quite surprised that I hated this product. First, I'm a nail tech and I'm a diy-er like most of you out there. I started diy-ing before becoming licensed and so I know my fellow diy babes out there would appreciate this review. Do not get this drill. The vibration is very strong. It will feel extremely noticeable and uncomfortable. No matter how high or low I placed the bit inside I couldn't get it to be smooth. Second, you push your bits in and pull them out. There is no bit lock mechanism on it, which is alright, but I'm not a fan of that. I nearly stabbed my thumb putting a flame bit in! While it does feel lightweight and easy in the hand, I truly and sincerely would not recommend this especially to those of you who do your own nails at home. There are other budget ones that work better than this. Don't let the sale coupon trick you!

I am so in love with this drill. It has instructions so you can’t miss. The product also tells you what each drill head is for. It comes with an extended warranty you register online. It also charges with a usb charger, it comes with the cord just not the base. It does work without being plugged in. I wish I could give it 10 stars. I wish that it came with a case, because it’s such a nice product. The battery life is good. It comes with extra attachment. It’s not heavy it’s really Leigh’s weight! This is a must. It’s most definitely a professional brand. It also has a on and off digital button and you’re able to adjust the speed from 1 to 15 (maybe higher that’s where I stopped at. And it does the job, my nails look like it was done at a professional salon. I do go to school for cosmetology but we learn the basics with acrylic nails and manicure and pedicure. I do know enough to know this drill is excellent.

As a retired nail tech, I adore this thing. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could. I only do my own nails or work on friends/loved ones, so while the battery doesn’t last forever it definitely lasts long enough for me to get the job done. I recently lost mine, but at this price point I had no qualms ordering a second one. Not only is it worth buying, but it’s something I’d pay 2 or 3x the price it’s listed at to get this kind of quality. Highly recommend!!🫶🏻
