I was so excited to find these Joie pairing knives! I had a red one that was my mother’s and used it all the time. It somehow got lost and I wanted to replace it. I hated that I didn’t receive red, because the colors vary, but the green ones are nice too. I may just have to try ordering again. They are sharp, a handy size for pairing and cut well. I reach for the Joie knife every time! Makes a a cute gift too!

I love these small paring knives. That are just the right size. I received green ones instead of red but they work the same!

I love these handy, sharp little knives. This is the second set I’ve ordered. The first set went with a large selection of cheeses and sausages to my vet’s office as a Christmas present. Mine have stayed sharp so far, but at this price, if they ever dull, I’ll just order another set.

These are pretty good knives, especially for the price. I just wish they listed the colors separately. I really don't like the green but I've ordered these four times over the years and gotten the green every single time.

The knives are cute and they are sharp but I was expecting a normal sized paring knife. These are very tiny.

great for peeling apples and pears... shorter narrow blades are easy to control so you keep more fruit and that's a good thing with todays prices. The red ones are easy to find in a cluttered space and the blade was sharp and took well to being stropped.... slides under the apple peel perfectly... enjoy!

La lame est molle donc plus propice aux accidents. Pas bon pour couper les carottes par exemple. Plus adapté aux légumes pas trop dures.
