I have been searching for a good back rest cushion for my lower back pain problem for many days. I have gone through many cushion some with foam, some with memory foam etc. but thai cushion has gel material along with foam which is quite unlikely so I ordered it. As I started using this and to my surprise it is extremely comfortable. The gel material feel very soft and supportive. You can actually feel the premiumness of the gel material when use it. My back pain has started disappearing. It's fun to install in your chair with the straps. It easily fits in my chair and the straps holds the cushion. Really appreciate the out of the box thinking of Gelride. Worth buying.

I bought this for use in my car. The product is much firmer than I expected. As a result I am sitting about 3 to 4 Cm higher than I would without the cushion. My height is 5 foot 9 inches and the higher seating position is still ok for me. Shorter people may like the added height but taller ones may not if their vehicle doesn't have much headroom. Although the cushion is quite firm I still find it comfortable so it must be compressing where necessary. The only negative is that the cushion seems a bit narrow. I am fairly slim and it is just adequate. Most car seats have raised edges on each side to keep the passenger from sliding when the vehicle is going around a turn.. This cushion just fits in the cavity so there are no raised edges to keep one in place. if it was 1.5 or 2 inches wider it would follow the shape of the seat.I think the manufacturer should offer a wider seat option and may charge a little more. I would prefer that.

Color of the form is different from the pick and I have purchased this few months, old form is soft and the new one i received now is hard. Disappointed with this

I do sit for 10-12 hour a day at my work station and though it has been just one day of use, seems like my choice of product has served me good, feeling like sitting long hours is going to be less of a pain and discomfort, will write another review after at least a couple of months of use.

I have severe sciatica, and I was on the hunt for the perfect cushion to relieve pressure and pain next to the base of my spine and the back of my legs while sitting. Other cushions with the cut out didn't work, and in fact made the pain worse - I have since read that the cut out puts pressure on the sciatic nerve where it comes out of the spine. I also read that gel is better for pressure relief and sciatic pain better than memory foam.I thankfully then found this cushion, and it changed my life! Thanks to this wonder cushion, I was able to go on a pre-booked holiday, sitting for lengthy hours on buses, trains, planes and automobiles, giving me the freedom to travel almost normally!If you have severe sciatic pain, do yourself a favour and pick this pressure relieving cushion up, you won't regret it!

A good quality product, generous size covers the office chair seat well, stays put for the most part (minor slippage if I slide off the chair when it is set a bit higher), comfortable.
