This chocolate has a lovely deep taste. I use it for my patisserie in the mousse. A lovely texture too

this is my fav chocolate, it truly does have less bitter than you’d expect at 70%. I’m coeliac so appreciate it being explicitly marked gluten free too.would love more convenient packaging for snacking, I end up rewrapping pairs of bars in foil.
