The straw has to be plugged 10-15cm into the red / blue marked point on bottom side of balloon (numbers 6 and 9 are the same shape, also the nubers 2 and 5, just turn around).After filling the balloon, just pull the straw out, valve closes by itself.Please use ONLY AIR or HELIUM. Do not use any other gases / gas mixtures! The Baloons are flying with a Helium filling. The balloons can be refilled and will be delivered folded flat.
