Great for dusting on my sourdough bread
Use this for all my dusting on scoring my sourdough breads. What I like is the texture of this rice flour. Little goes a long ways. I will continue to buy this as needed. Great value for the money. And good quality.

As good as it comes
This rice flour is amazing. It is super fine and soft and mixes so well. I ordered it to make a specific rice pudding variation that we eat in our country and it did not disappoint. Then I started baking sourdough and I used this for the scoring, it did a great job. When I finished the package I bought another rice flour, but it was coarse and was not even close to this one’s quality. The only negative is that it is much more expensive than the other one but it is totally worth the price difference.
