I am 81 yrs old and have suffered with night time leg cramps and charley horses for several years. Finally found relief with this form of magnesium. Also, have more energy. Absolutely amazing.

My boyfriend didn’t like magnesium glycinate, so I got him this one instead. He tolerates it much better and it still gives all the benefits of relaxation and muscle support without the issues he had before. Definitely a good switch.

Great vitamins

This supplement seems to work well but it's a little too early to tell. I did cut back on the dose as 1 caplet daily works well for me, others may want to take the recommended 2 caplet dose. That said, my stress levels appear to have dropped quite a bit and I do feel more relaxed.
