Do your own research. 50mg may be too much for some folks. This has 30mg. Minerals are different than food based and water soluble vitamins. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

First zinc I’ve been able to take!
For years I’ve attempted to take zinc supplements but they have all hurt my stomach within a few days of taking them. Despite my need for zinc, I was unable to take it. Then I read about Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate. I have to be honest - I hesitated because my track record has been awful. However, I decided to try one last time and was totally surprised to find out I can actually take these without any negative effects! Now, having said that, I cannot yet speak to the efficacy of this zinc but only because I had COVID when I started them. Yes, I got better afterwards but I might have done that anyway. It’ll be a few more weeks before I have an idea of its effectiveness. But at least I can finally take zinc!
