Convenient
I’m short and everything in my house is highIt’s a pain to drag out stepstools. So easy to store and use. It’s very sturdy, too. Be aware that it’s a high step especially if you have short legs and kinda scary stepping down, but I remedied that by using the 10” with it as my first step! Still a hundred times easier than dragging stepstools out!

Great help around home and business! Great for the vertically challenged like myself!
Super helpful and sturdy item to have around. At 17.5" and foldable this is a winner/keeper! Let me assure you that opened correctly, this is a very sturdy step stool. The design is so basic & well thought out. This is a space saving reasonably priced & non-slip step stool. It's easy to put together, very minor guided assembly is required. The carrying handle makes this portable and also helps collapse the stool flat in a second! The top step is very reassuring in that it is not slippery in the least, I"ve stood on the top step and once I realized actually just how sturdy the stool is, I was able to clearly focus on my task at hand and not even worry or think about being sure-footed or fear of falling off, of course pay attention, but being safe and secure is the type of confidence you want in anything that's used for climbing! The step stool was ordered in gray and is pleasant to look at, can't count how many times this has kept me from doing the short woman does the kitchen counter to cabinet climb, being under 5'5" I'm a frequent flyer so to speak of this step stool. I like it, it's portable, collapses flat, non-slip, realistically priced and above all---I trust standing on this, no wobble, very sturdy! Try it-great for self, and I can't imagine anyone not appreciating this great item as a gift!

Convenient step stool for sitting
Originally, we ordered this for a camping trip but this stool is so convenient that I have been using it in the kitchen and around the house. It's lightweight, easily folds and unfolds, and storage friendly. I have used it to reach the high kitchen shelves and honestly, I would not use it as a step stool. It's unstable and dangerous for children or elderly. Good seat solution for camping forsure

Perfect height to reach the top shelf!
This step stool is the one I have been looking for. I have shelves in my closet that go all the way to the ceiling and I am only 5'5". The shorter versions of this step stool don't even get me close to the top shelf. This one however puts everything in reach. It is also easy to store in my closet to have it ready when I need it. I will buy another one of these when I run into a situation where I need another stool. It's perfect!

Study and Useful / A Tiny Bit of Assembly Required
I am not a tall person (I'm 5'1"), so step ladders and step stools are a fact of life for me. I have various ones around the house in different rooms, and I like this style of step stool because they serve double duty as a step stool and a seat when I need a seat in a pinch. The ones I have, however, are all about 12" tall, which isn't a great height for when it's used as a seat. This step stool seems quite sturdy, and works for me as both a step stool (although it is a bit of a step up at 16") and a seat at a convenient height. The top is textured - it has raised "bumps," which I presume is to make the top non-slip, and which is very important when standing on it, but I was concerned that might be uncomfortable for sitting on it. It wasn't - for me, I didn't find it uncomfortable to sit on at all.The step stool comes very slightly disassembled. There are two pins that go in the hinges that hold the two halves of the top (the step itself) together, and those are packed separately. Instructions are given on what to do with them, which is to align the hinges and then literally pop the pins in until you hear a click (the click is very distinctive), and then the step stool is ready to go. It took me all of about 5 seconds to do that.
