Absolutely dripless, a totally desirable feature not found in most other candles. Burn with a steady flame and for exactly the right amount of time. Nice colors and attractive style. Best Sabbath candles we have found in 50 years.

you don't have to go to Safed
I bought Safed Shabbat candles on a trip to Israel and loved them. They are beautiful and dripless. Turns out I could order them online, and they came direct from Israel at a reasonable price. Just be prepared to wait longer than for the usual US Amazon shipping.

These candles are beautiful and from one of the most magical places within Israel, Safed. The candles make Shabbat extra special . The candles are graceful and glow with lots of light.
