These pills work fine for me and although it can be hard to notice, I feel like they're providing additional benefits to other supplements that I'm taking. They are easy to take and swallow. They have no unusual detectable taste to me and they have not caused any stomach problems for me either. These are filled with lots of different vitamins and minerals which reminds me of them being like a super foods blend but in vitamin form. I plan to keep utilizing these capsules into the foreseeable future.

These are the new vitamin craze at the moment. To have a multi functioning vitamin all in one. These capsules are packed with many different nutrients and benefits. They are easy to swallow and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort.

I dislike the texture and flavor of sea moss gel, but these are flavorless and easy to swallow, so I can now get the benefits without the ick factor. The turmeric and other added antioxidants are a bonus.

been trying these supplements on amazoni dont know if i would say its energy giving, definitely wouldnt use it for preworkoutfor a bit i was waking up more energetic, not sure if coincidencei wouldn't recommend unless people were curious to try out random supplements

I love the ease and convenience of these all-in-one supplements. It makes it quick and easy to take 1 capsule as opposed to multiple bottles with a capsule of each. This supplement contains Sea Moss, Black Seed Oil, Ashwagandha, Burdock Root, Bladderwrack, Turmeric and more. I do not generally care for the taste of Sea Moss or Turmeric and love that these capsules have no flavor. The recommended dose is 2 capsule a day and they are easy to swallow. I take them with breakfast and plenty of water and have not experienced any negative side effects. Each bottle contains 60 capsules so it is a 1-month supply making it a great value to try adding Sea Moss to your diet to see if helps your health.

So far so good with these supplements. Initially I was afraid that they would upset my stomach but they didn't. I did notice my skin clearing up slightly too. Will continue

I love to have sea moss in the supplement regemen, so the added bonus of the Ashwagandha and shilajit give this an edge over the supplement by itself. Less pills I have to add since this is all packed into one. So far I have felt great and intend to keep this in my daily routine during dinner. I like to add these in with dinner to take away any chance of an upset stomach.
