yes it come with battery... charger and earphone... only be careful when when you finally insert the sim and close the back cover it's hard to remove the back cover.. so be careful. my kid enjoy the diffirent lego light

Not sure. I ended up returning the phone (and paying for shipping to Israel by the way) because the phone was not reading the SIM.
