I appreciate how much time and effort it saves me. Every day, I am happy that I bought this specific brand and model robovac (Lefant M310). I used several other brands previously, but they did not have the many design features that I love about the M310:· Dust bin is large, super easy to clean, clear (one can see at a glance how full it is and when it needs to be emptied)· Brushless design (is perfect for sucking up pet hairs. I usually run it every two days or as needed. An overload of hair at one time would clog the suction port.)· I love the mop feature (the dampened cloth removes foot prints and enhances cleaning, especially in kitchen and bath.)· I love the small diameter and low height that allows it to go easily under furniture and into narrow spaces.· The flat filter is easy to remove, brush out, and replace.· The robovac approaches objects gently, does not bang into them, and does not damage them.· It is very smart in covering the entire floor area as well as going around the edges and under chairs.· Although it can be programmed, it does not require using an app or remote to function well, which is important to me.· It is quiet (one can be on the phone and listen to TV at the same time)· It runs for more than 2 hours on one charge.· Customer service is excellent and very responsive. I praise Zoey Chang for being so friendly and helpful and sending me spare filters and the mop attachment when they were not yet available on Amazon.My 3-months experience with two M310s (one for upstairs, and one for downstairs) is based on tile floors throughout (no carpet).The Lefant M310 is so well designed that there is nothing that I dislike. I highly recommend it.

Vacuum does a great job and is very quiet. The suction power is outstanding and picks up everything. Cleaning the bin is very easy.

The media could not be loaded. Great purchase for our ~800sqft apt, we run it 2-3 times a week and it manages to clean up the entire apt in 1.5-2hrs. Great value for money, it’s working well on wooden, tiled and carpeted areas. It’s able to pick up hair and dust etc easily. Doesn’t get stuck much and cleaned corners well, the spot cleaning mode is also great.The only feature that isn’t great is return to the charging pad. It isn’t able to locate the charger unless it’s within 5-6ft away and directly in front, but this isn’t a problem for us at all since the apartment is fairly small. Great product overall.

Excellent , great power for a large dog that sheds constantly , he loges to dig holes and get full of dirt and sand grit , this machine is definitely powerful enough , compared to the 210 machine , im so glad im getting a refund and upgraded , tho this machine doesn't have a mop feature but other then that works well and very precise .

I’ve bought two vacuums by Lefant in the past year, and both of them have stopped charging within 3-4 months. They never got wet or had any complications, I tried trouble shooting how the internet suggested, and I’m frustrated. Maybe I got duds. Regardless spending $400 in robot vacuums that are useless now within a year isn’t cool. There should be more support with this.

Set up was easy. This vacuum cleans better than the ninja one i had purchased at Costco. Programming the routine was easy as well. This helps keep my travel trailer clean and it's one less thing I have to do after working 10 hour days.

Lefant M310 Robotic Vacuum should be a pretty good vacuum cleaner; except a drawback- got stuck multiple times under chairs/furnitures during cleaning schedules. I think its censor issue must be a problem.

Really nice product at an amazing price...
