Good
Bought this knife to cut a bone in pork loin roast to get our own pork chops. This works pretty good.

Unimpressed
It’s very sharp but does not cut bone. It’s great for meat though.

Sharp and handles well
Ordering this early in the season means I haven’t had a chance to cut through a lot of bones yet, but I have used it to trim down some bulky meat and a St. Louis style rib rack. It is very sharp and easily cut through the roast and the ribs without any trouble. The handle is a good angle and is easy to control. I think it will work very well for a hanging deer. The angle and blunt end of the blade will probably help during the rib cutting and pelvis cutting. The downside is there’s no easy way to transport this. It does not fold up and there is no sheath. Just a half cut piece of plastic to keep the blade from cutting anything. I intend to keep the cover on but being clear I don’t expect it to be around long. A drop in the tall grass and it will vanish.
