It Works!!!!
I love this tea and recommend it to anyone I know that has anxiety. I drank this tea and was so tired a little while after. I was able to go to sleep without a problem. My husband is thankful for this tea. I gave a tea bag to my mom to try because she was having trouble sleeping and now she'said looking to buy it herself. It definitely works!!!!

Weak - not overly relaxing
I drank almost an entire box of this tea, and I'm just not feeling the calming properties of it. I wanted something to help reduce stress, promote restful sleep, and to quiet my mind a little of anxiety arises. This doesn't seem like the tea for those things. The tea tastes OK, sort of like chamomile, even though chamomile isn't in the tea.I guess I'm looking for something with a little more relaxation kick. This doesn't pack it for me.
